Mazettia
This is Grandmother's recipe. It makes a lot! So you can either have people over, take part of it to someone, or you could probably freeze half of it for a freezer meal.
3/4 c chopped celery
1/4 c butter
1 c minced onion
3/4 c minced green pepper
1 lb ground beef
1 lb ground pork (I have used sausage before)
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 can mushrooms
2 cans tomato soup
12 oz pkg noodles (6 cups)
Parmesan cheese
Saute celery, onion, pepper in butter. Add beef and pork. Cook until light brown. Combine all ingredients, except noodles and cheese. Cook noodles and drain. Pour sauce over noodles and mix. Top with cheese. Cook uncovered for 15 minutes at 400. Then cover and cook for 1 hour.

Jo's Washday Chicken
Jo and Lisa were sisters that lived in Sunset Hills Ward back in the old days. I cannot remember their last names. This is so easy--but really good!

1 cut-up fryer or 3-4 chicken breasts
1/2 pkg Lipton Dry Onion Soup mix (of course, Michele will omit this)
Combine soups and rice in large casserole. Set chicken pieces on top. Salt and pepper the chicken. Sprinkle with soup mix. Bake at 350 for 2 hrs.
